Vicar was campaigned in 2007-2008 by his late owner Roger Rechler of Grandeur Kennels and handler Vikki Oelerich.
Together this team racked up an impressive track record, with many group wins and placements to their
credit, Best In Show wins, back to back group wins, Breed wins at the Garden and Eukanuba and an Award of Merit at the 2008
APC National Specialty. Vicar is back home now and living the life of Riley. We will be forever grateful
to Roger and Vikki for seeing the potential we saw in Vicar!
Vicar began his show career by finishing breeder/owner handled. His wins included a
Best In Specialty Show and Group 2 win at just 1 year of age, and an owner-handled Group 1.
Vicar's first litter,
bred by us, produced two champion bitches in short order!
Vicar arrived in 2009 at his new home in Hong Kong at JX-POMS. Best wishes to his new owner for his show career there.
